Our structure applies one single season rates, ask for available customized quotes for stays more than 4 nights.

Bed & Breakfast

(The prices shown is per person per day)

Adults 55 euro
Extra charge single room: 20 euro.

Children (sleeping in room with parents)
28 euro children from 4 to 10 years old;
17 euro children from 2 to 3 years old.
Over 10 years old they pay the complete rate.

B&B included:

Buffet Breakfast (fruit juices, expressed orange juices, home maid cakes, eggs, delicatessen, cheeses, home made jams and marmalade, butter, yogurt, milk, coffee, breakfast cereals, home made bread, toasts, etc..)

In the afternoon tea on request, seasonal fruits are available all the day.

Bottle of water for the night.

Last Minute

Half board

43 euro children from 4 to 10 years old;
26 euro children from 2 to 3 years old.
Over 10 years old they pay the complete rate.

Buffet Breakfast (fruit juices, expressed orange juices, home maid cakes, eggs, delicatessen, cheeses, home made jams and marmalade, butter, yogurt, milk, coffee, breakfast cereals, home made bread, toasts, etc..)

Bottle of water for the night.

Dinner including: Starter, first course, main course, side dish, water and coffee.

All teh raw materials used coming from our farm and are biological cerified or coming from the Umbrian territory.

special menus:

On request, in advance of the daily preparations, we can take care of your needs for specifical diets (baby food, celiac disease, etc..).

Accomodation:

All rooms are equipped with: orthopedic beds, private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and furnished with sheets, towels, soaps, slippers, hairdryer. Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days or on request. For children there are cribs, highchairs, etc.

Pets:

In two rooms, the pearl and the moss, it's possible to give hospitality to your pets. We only ask to you cleaning and controll from the owner. we will charge 10 euro for final cleaning.

External guests rates

Only on reservatio, for bevy of minum 8 persons: standars menù 30 euro for person excluded wine and spirits.
Different rates are quoted for paricular recipes: es. biological certified meat of Chianina, truffet, wine tastings etc.
Speciality: meats and top round thrushes.
